A text alert about suspicious activity on your card will NEVER include a link. Never click on a link in a text message that is supposedly from our fraud monitoring service. A text alert will always be from a 5 digit number; NOT a 10 digit number resembling a phone number. A phone call from our automated system will only include a request for your zip code and if you confirm a transaction is fraudulent, only then will you be transferred to an agent who will confirm you are the actual cardholder before going through transactions with you with a "yes" or "no" response. We will NEVER ask for your PIN or the 3-digit security code on the back of your card. Do not give them out to anyone. Fraudsters will often ask cardholders to verify fake transactions and when the cardholder says they did not perform them, the fraudsters will say they will block the card and issue and new one, but they need the card's PIN to put it on the new card. If you receive a call or text message from our fraud monitoring service and are unsure about it, hang up and call the Bank directly.
